Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be processed. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition to qualify for a return. If the item is not in its original state (unless due to our error), we may offer a partial refund or store credit. Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Custom personalized products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the receipt and the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Cancellations
Personalized items cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the time of order, as they enter our production queue immediately. No refunds will be issued, and this policy has no exceptions. All custom orders are non-refundable. If a custom order is canceled after design work is completed, We may retain a $50 deposit for services provided.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Reach out to your bank to confirm any delays.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective items. To exchange a defective product for the same item, email us at kevin@bearcountrymetalworks.ca and ship the item to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
