This panel uses an overlapping leaf cutout. Three sizes: Small at 2 ft by 4 ft for $210, Medium at 3 ft by 6 ft for $300, and Large at 4 ft by 8 ft for $400. Panels mount to an existing deck or fence frame, or sit on freestanding bases. Custom sizing is available on request if your opening is an odd one.
Every piece is cut from 12-gauge steel, which is 3mm thick. Most online sign shops use 14 or 16-gauge, roughly half the thickness. Ours gets powder-coated after cutting, and that finish is rated around 20 years in direct sun before it needs redoing.
You get a proof to look over before anything is cut. From proof approval it is about 3 to 4 weeks to your door. Pick your size, and our team will confirm the fit before anything gets built.

How long until I get my sign?
For custom work you will have a design proof to review within 3 days. Once you approve it, the sign takes about 3 to 4 weeks to reach your door, roughly 2 weeks in production plus about a week in transit, and a week longer in busy season. If you need it by a holiday or a specific date, tell us and we will let you know what is possible.
What sizes can you make?
We build to your size. Whether it is a small house number or a large sign for the shop or the gate, tell us the dimensions and we will design around them. No project is too big or too small.
Will it hold up outside?
