Personalized "X" Split Circle Monogram
A capital X in the middle of a split steel circle, last name cut across the opening.
It comes in three sizes, 18 inch, 22 inch, and 24 inch across. Tell us the family name and the powder coat colour at checkout and our team draws it up from there.
Every piece is cut from 12-gauge steel, which is 3mm thick. Most online sign shops use 14 or 16-gauge, roughly half the thickness. Ours gets powder-coated after cutting, and that finish is rated around 20 years in direct sun before it needs redoing.
A design proof comes back within 3 days, and our team reworks it until you are happy with it. Once you approve it, figure 3 to 4 weeks to your door: about two weeks in production, a week longer if we are in the busy season, then about a week for shipping depending on where you live. Worth ordering early if it is going on a gift table.

How long until I get my sign?
For custom work you will have a design proof to review within 1 to 2 business days. Once you approve it, we cut and paint within 10 to 14 business days and then ship it out. If you need it by a holiday or a specific date, tell us and we will let you know what is possible.
What sizes can you make?
We build to your size. Whether it is a small house number or a large sign for the shop or the gate, tell us the dimensions and we will design around them. No project is too big or too small.
Will it hold up outside?
Yes. Our signs are cut from 12-gauge steel, which is noticeably sturdier than the thinner 14-gauge most online stores use, then powder-coated. Powder-coated steel can last around 20 years in direct sun before it needs redoing.
