Circular Saw Blade Wall Art
Ten animals, one saw blade. Bison, bear, turkey, elk, moose, longhorn, mallard, pheasant, and a deer facing either left or right, cut into the middle of the blade.
Choose your design from the menu, then pick a diameter: 20, 24 or 28 inches. Hang one on its own or run two or three of them down a long wall.
Every piece is cut from 12-gauge steel, which is 3mm thick. Most online sign shops use 14 or 16-gauge, roughly half the thickness. Ours gets powder-coated after cutting, and that finish is rated around 20 years in direct sun before it needs redoing.
The cheap version of this piece is stamped from thin sheet and bends if you lean on it. At 3mm, the teeth on the blade hold their shape and the whole thing hangs flat.

How long until I get my sign?
For custom work you will have a design proof to review within 3 days. Once you approve it, the sign takes about 3 to 4 weeks to reach your door, roughly 2 weeks in production plus about a week in transit, and a week longer in busy season. If you need it by a holiday or a specific date, tell us and we will let you know what is possible.
What sizes can you make?
We build to your size. Whether it is a small house number or a large sign for the shop or the gate, tell us the dimensions and we will design around them. No project is too big or too small.
Will it hold up outside?
