It comes with 11 holes cut into it for mounting as well as the standoffs to keep it off the wall exactly 1 inch. The standoffs will be powder coated the same color as the sign for this beautiful design so no one will see them. The holes are all spaces 16" on center so you can just find one stud and all the other holes will be lined up with solid mounting material! This is no slouch!
